The boys performed traditional Indian melodies on the violin 🎻 at the Webster Public Library for its Diwali celebration event. Really great to introduce our culture to the community. It was very well received.

Vande Mataram is a poem written by Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay (1838-1894) and composed into a song by Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941). It played a vital role in the Indian independence movement. It was adopted as the national song of the Republic of India in 1950.
A Patriotic Song in Urdu 🎻 – Sare Jahan Se Accha
Sara Jahan Se Accha is a patriotic song in the Urdu language by the poet Muhammad Iqbal, first published in 1904. The song is an ode to Hindustan, then composed of present day Bangladesh, India and Pakistan, and embodies a yearning for, and attachment to, the homeland. The song aspires to the concept of pluralism, and to a harmonious Hindu-Muslim culturally composite society.

THREE part-time jobs - no joke! He started to work in the Spring of his freshman year, balancing his school work, varsity tennis, and violin auditions and performances. Great experience in not only managing a schedule, but exceeding expectations in all.
